What's the difference between an affiliate and a reseller?
The discount offered to resellers and the commission paid out to affiliates is the same. The difference between a reseller and an affiliate comes down to whether the referrer incorporates YacDaddy into their service offering or sends traffic to YacDaddy.
Resellers can add value with their offer, charge the customer for the offer including YacDaddy, and purchase a YacDaddy app license from YacDaddy as part of their offer. For example, if you’re an agency that wants to upsell YacDaddy and offers additional support to clients when they sign up, you could charge the client $597/month for YacDaddy and additional support
Affiliates are entities who promote YacDaddy to purchase directly from YacDaddy and receive commissions.

How do the trials work?
When users sign up for the free trial through your link, if they convert into a paying customer you will receive recurring commissions for that client until they cancel.
Do I get paid for the ascended tier for previous referrals?
The referrals you send will stay in the referral commission bracket. For example, your if you send us 10 referrals, you will receive 20% recurring commission for the first 5 and 30% recurring commission on the second 5.
Can I sign current YacDaddy clients back up through my link?
Soliciting to current paying YacDaddy clients to sign up through your affiliate link is strictly against our policy, and we reserve the right to withhold commissions and revoke affiliate privileges if we detect this activity from you.
